Refunds and Returns

Bigfoot Mining Co is proud of always putting customer service and satisfaction at the top of our list of values and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at BigfootMiningCo@gmail.com or using the “Contact” form on the homepage with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Exeptions

1: Some items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, clearance items, sale items, third party items, and customized products such as custom jewelry or melted gold. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact our customer support team. Any item not eligible for return will be clearly marked as ineligible.

2: We currently only ship to the United States of America although we are soon planning to start shipping to Canada as well.

3: If the product is not returned with tracking within the 30 day time period we reserve the right to decline a refund
